Foster homes are always needed. These dogs need to be given lots of love
and shown the upmost of kindheartedness. They may have been abused and need to rekindle
relationships with humans. There is so much joy in watching these dogs lose their fear
and blossom into well adjusted, happy, and confident dogs.
If you can't foster a rescue dog, there are other areas you could help. Screening of
of a home may be needed in your area.
Transportation may be needed to move a dog. You can donate your accrued air miles or do
the necessary traveling to pick up or deliver a dog.
You can help in the education of shelters in your area. We are educating these shelters
about the PIO as many dogs are not correctly identified when they arrive at shelters.
